Dr. Amanda Mirabella obtained her bachelor’s degree from University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio while on a division II softball scholarship. She then went on to University of Illinois for her veterinary degree. She has a special interest in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, exotic/wildlife medicine, and shelter medicine. One of her greatest joys is helping shelter animals in need and has formed many great relationships with rescues. 

Dr. Mirabella grew up in Elgin, Illinois. In her spare time she still enjoys playing and watching sports. She is an avid softball and volleyball player. In her spare time you can find her on their farm with her girlfriend and numerous animals including 14 dogs, 6 cats, chickens/ducks/turkeys, and pot bellied pigs. She also has many exotics including her ferret, chinchilla, tortoises, bearded dragons, skinks, and geckos. 

She looks forward to helping all species of animals and growing her farm each year.
