Meg O'Neill grew up in Naperville and has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Benedictine University. She joined the staff as a receptionist in 2017 and took on the role of hospital manager in 2019. She very much enjoys working alongside staff, interacting with clients and getting to know people's pets.

In her spare time, Meg enjoys exercising, swimming and sports, and is a fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bulls teams. She shares her home with and loves crafting with her three daughters, Katie, Natalie and Charlotte, and spending time with their dogs, Ruby and Luna.
